- Project: Application for sales planning
- Task(s): Creation of an application to generate plan opportunities (outside the standard opportunity object) based on machine configurations of the external system ‘SPM’ (product configurator), project management, creation of solution architecture, development, QA, testing, data migration
- Description: Michael Haase developed an application for sales planning as a solution architect. In addition to recording the requirements of the business unit, he developed the technical architecture and implemented it by introducing a suitable data model and mapping large parts of the planning process through automation and user queries. By planning and implementing a suitable visibility concept, he also ensured that only responsible employees had access to data and functionality.
Another part of the project was the creation of data snapshots at certain points in the sales process to be able to make comparisons between the plan and the actual result at a later date. To this end, he developed reports and dashboards and made them available to the relevant user groups via corresponding visibility rules.**
- Technologies used: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Schema Builder (data model), Flow Builder, Organization Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Lightning Record Pages, Reports, Dashboards, Google Diagrams
- Project: Implementation Marketing Cloud

Technologies used: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Schema Builder (data model), Flow Builder, Salesforce Inspektor, Reports, Dashboards, Sharing Rules
- Project: Implementation of the customer journey in the demo center
- Task(s): Requirements analysis, solution design, development, configuration, QA, testing, Creation of merge templates
- Description: As a solution architect, Michael Haase optimized the customer journey in the demo center. He carried out the requirements analysis and created the technical solution design to be able to conveniently record specific information from print demos in Salesforce and then provide the customer with a brochure containing all the details of the demo. In this context, he implemented the additional software ‘Conga Composer’ and configured important functions of the software, which were then available to the demo center to conveniently merge and output documents with data from Salesforce.
- Technologies used: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Schema Builder (data model), Conga Composer, Microsoft Word
- Project: Automated service notifications and generation of service opportunities
- Task(s): Project management, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing
- Description: As a solution architect, Michael Haase developed various functionalities to send notifications to project engineers based on predefined sheet counter readings (counter readings that require a service interval) in order to proactively offer maintenance services to customers. At the same time, service opportunities are created and assigned to regional service managers in Koenig & Bauer agencies so that they can process the opportunities further. As part of this project, Michael Haase was responsible for recording the requirements, creating the architecture of the solution, and implementing it successfully.

In Clicktools, Mr. Haase created telephone scripts that guided the telephone agent through the customer inquiry and in which the customer’s answers could be noted immediately. This data was then transferred to Salesforce via the interface.
Mr Haase also created reports and dashboards to provide the service and sales directors with a visual and transparent evaluation.
- Technologies used: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Partner Community, Clicktools, Low Code Integration, Visio, Reports, Dashboards
- Project: Partner Community for Ink Vendors
- Task(s): Project management, requirements gathering, solution design, development, QA, testing, data migration
- Description: As a solution architect, Michael Haase implemented a partner community for color suppliers of Koenig & Bauer AG. As part of the project, Mr Haase took over the project management, carried out the requirements analysis, and created the solution design. A special challenge was to display to the ink suppliers only those machines of a customer that are currently under construction and correspond to special parameters for which the inks of an ink supplier are eligible. The standard object ‘Asset’, which would normally be considered, could not be used due to this requirement. Mr Haase succeeded in developing a solution design that met the requirements and data security.
This made it possible to give color suppliers access only to relevant machine data and production schedules so that they could deliver colors on time for machine handover.
